We take a look at the DSM Real Estate Market for the past 7 days. Overall, we’re seeing a big increase in pending homes and subsequently sold homes. As we near the end of Q1 it’s been a wild winter ride. Homes that fall between $130-225,000 are selling faster than usual and being to push down das on market. There is a lack of homes in this price range.
